Attendant services depend on the package selected. Some packages include an on-site attendant to assist guests and help ensure everything runs smoothly.

Yes! Guests can instantly text their digital photos to themselves during the event. Online gallery access is available exclusively to the client after the event.

For the best guest experience, we recommend a minimum space of 10×10 feet for the booth setup, backdrop, and guest interaction area.

Setup typically requires at least 2 hours depending on the event location, backdrop selection, and overall setup requirements.

Yes. Access to a standard electrical outlet is required for all photo booth setups and operations.

Props may be included depending on the package selected. Additional or specialty prop packages may be available for an extra cost.

We understand that plans can change. Events may be rescheduled with at least 2 weeks’ notice and are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your new event date.

Deposits are non-refundable because your event date is reserved specifically for you. If cancellation occurs after final payment has been made, partial refunds may depend on how close to the event date you cancel and any preparation already completed.
